1 · Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the DRIFT website and its services, including connecting a wallet, holding the $DRIFT token, and claiming or managing Shards. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2 · What DRIFT is
DRIFT is a holder collectible built around the $DRIFT Token-2022 mint on Solana. A Shard is a collectible tied to your wallet whose state evolves over time. DRIFT is a collectible and entertainment product, not a security, investment contract, or financial product, and confers no ownership, equity, dividend, or governance right.
3 · Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. The $DRIFT token carries no promise of value or return, and its price may fall to zero. Do your own research and only commit funds you can afford to lose.
4 · On-chain actions
Transactions on Solana are irreversible and outside our control. You are responsible for verifying the $DRIFT mint address, the amounts you trade, and the wallet you connect. We are not responsible for losses arising from mistaken transfers, third-party markets, wallet software, or the network itself.
5 · Shards & claims
Claiming requires an off-chain signature that proves wallet ownership; it is gasless and moves no funds. Your Shard entitlement equals the whole-number part of your live $DRIFT balance. If your balance falls below the number of Shards you have claimed, the surplus Shards are released back to supply, and any OG status on a released Shard is permanently lost. Supply is capped at 6,000 active Shards, and the OG window is limited to the first 6,000 ever claimed.
6 · Non-custodial
DRIFT is non-custodial. We never hold your private keys, tokens, or SOL. Connecting a wallet shares only your public address so we can read your balance. You retain full control of your assets at all times.
7 · Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and Shard parameters, rates, and mechanics may change as the project evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRIFT and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, the token, the Shards, third-party wallets or markets, or the blockchain.
9 · Eligibility
You may not use this service if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any restricted-persons list. By using the service you confirm that you are not.
10 · Changes
We may update these terms as the project develops; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
